I contacted this business about chair rentals. I was able to contact Yamilee (the owner) through their business number listed. She gave me a quote and asked that I zelle her a down payment. I ask prior to sending the down payment for a invoice. After 4 days of asking for a invoice she never sent one. Her business line went down and was going straight to voicemail for a week. I left on a business trip and had a 3rd party contact her to see if she can confirm my deposit and send a invoice. She didn’t even remember the details to reservations I made with her. The only reason why we were able to speak to her is because we had her direct number from the Zelle payment. After being non responsive for a week she refuse a refund. She never stated her refund policy from the beginning and took over a week to send a unprofessional invoice. After us asking multiple times for it. She always had an excuse and was never at her business or busy.I wouldnt waste any money here.
