My personal experience was great, as I came and washed my own laundry and waited to dry. The staff was very nice. I can tell that this is a local favorite and I will continue to wash here. HOWEVER, in the 2 hours that I was there, I witnessed the owner(I assumed he was the owner because regulars addressed him as rich and the name is Richards Laundromat, makes sense) take customers laundry out of a washer and dump them on the floor. He proceeded to separate the laundry on the floor by color. He washed a customers dark and lights in one load then threw clean clothes on the floor. At one point I needed to pass through to get my clothes from a washer to a dryer and he kicked the clothes. I suggest washing your own clothes instead of this alternative.

I have, in the past, been there a number of times. Never again. Yesterday, I used 2 of the largest machines. The clothes did not get clean! I used 4 dryers. Changed them twice. I came home with wet dirty clothes. They have seen me the last time. Oh, and the staff are rude, and as a customer you are a bother.

I used them for the wash and fold service. I wish I could give them 10 stars- I dropped off a ton of kids clothes in separate garbage bags. They washed and folded everything the same day and organized everything very thoughtfully. Beautiful job. We will absolutely use them again. HUGE timesaver.

I started going here because I could not stand the washers and dryers in my apartment complex. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The machines are usually very clean and well kept. They have a few large load washers and dryers and their prices are pretty reasonable. The parking is pretty limited, but so far every time I've gone there, I haven't had any issues. They do have a drop off wash and fold service but I haven't tried it yet. It is not a 24 hour laundry mat, so just keep that in mind if you need to wash your clothes.
