Stopped on a whim as the Frederick Fort was closed due to hurricane Ian. These grounds are hauntingly lovely. The entire family walked around, two younger boys that didn’t mind. Amazing to see the history and age on some of tombstones (date back to 1700’s). Interesting piece of history in a peaceful setting. We were fortunate to wander around with wild deer that were very friendly. The trees and historic area were a nice stop to check out.

No idea what you mean by contemporary. I'd call the church.
They were having Outdoor Services at the time we were there don't know about evening services
Anson Dodge, Jr. built the church where we now worship. Building began in 1884 and was completed in 1886.
Follow the side walk along the right side of the church. Go all the way to the very back of the property. Take a right and she is just down along the fence line to the left. About 100 ft is my guess from where the back gate is. Hope this helps. She and Ms Blackburn are there together. I was just there Sunday.
