Was just here, it was the host hotel for a wedding. I checked in with my Marriott App but when I arrived at the location (after a 3 hour drive from out of state) there was a line wrapped around the lobby. Apparently they booked themselves out, had booked the night before packed and nobody’s rooms were ready. Mind you, check in is at 4, so we arrived at 4. There was a man there who said he was waiting since 3 for a room. They were putting people randomly in a que for rooms, like we were in some episode of Hunger Games. Standing in the lobby in perpetuity, waiting to see if our numbers get called. What makes it worse is the wedding started at 6, so we were on a time crunch. I have never experienced this level of disorganization at any other hotel. It was so bad, I called the cooperate customer care and line and they said they would contact the location. Miraculously after I got off the phone, and went back into the building, now there were rooms available. I had been there for over an over waiting. Needless to say we did not have enough time to get properly ready for the wedding. Just all and all disappointing. The only saving grace was the friendliness of all the other employees. The manager, should not have been in that role, as she was completely lost, and did not do a good job of directing her staff. Before staying here, I would implore you to find out how packed it will be, because they don’t do well with crowds.

Massive hotel! The rooms are large and beds are comfy. Rooms are pretty clean . The hotel is very dated. Looks like it came straight out of the 60s/70s. There is a weird odor in the halls that is thankfully not present in the rooms. The elevator is central to the hotel, so if you have an end room it's quite a walk. The elevator also smelled like weed( in fairness, that could very well be from the massive prom or wedding they were hosting). Also, thought it was weird that the fridge was just sitting in the floor . All in all, not bad, but could use some deep cleaning and updates.

The setting is great! The hotel has great bones. There was dirty food and boxes left in the fridge. The room was overall dirty. The pool had mold and was unusable. The restaurants were underserviced with no clean plates and dirty napkins. We will not be returning.

I just can't believe I haven't heard of more weddings happening at the Cinnamon Tree! I am SO thankful I found the Delta for my reception!! I don't even know where to begin... the planning team I worked with (Kelly and Delynn) is just unbelievably helpful. She accommodated every single thing we asked for. The pricing... just absolutely astonishing how affordable it is. My favorite part is the McCormick suite that the bridesmaids and I got ready in.. a wo story open suite with a kitchenette, fireplace, library, dining table, and couch that 4 guest rooms connect into (a HUGE selling point for us). And the food was DELICIOUS! Not to mention, the service was OUTSTANDING! We had a private breakfast in the Cinnamon Tree Restaurant the next morning and even that was amazing!! Again, I truly cannot say enough good things about having our reception here. If we could go back and pick our vendors again, we would pick the Delta without hesitation!!

Yes
Likely it will vary from hotel to hotel but, not by much. Credit cards, sometimes cash are a must.
Yes, I had been here since April and they even had during that period dog breeds competition. Borzoi and Leonburgers. Really cool..
Call the hotel
I know the McCormick suite does if that is what you meant
I do not believe there is shuttle but the light rail is not far. Inquire from the hotel customer service whether they have shuttle service to the light rail that goes to BWI.
Yes. The balcony is very small, barely enough room for one person. But we always request a ground floor with a patio.
I guess that would depend on the breed. Dogs sell for all different costs.
