Worst customer service I have seen in a long time. They never answer the phone and only reply via email (one reply in 4 attempts). Drove 30 minutes on a Saturday to pick up a part only to find handwritten note on door saying they were closed on Saturday for August!! Nothing stating that on website or on phone message. I will NEVER go there again.

I need help with understanding which lower unit I need to replace my current jet. I have a 1989 50 hp yamaha and would like to switch back and forth due to the ice build up in late duck season. Is this a good idea and how difficult would it be?
