John Berry-Candelario is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He did a great job understanding all my issues/concerns then outlining the options.I feel very fortunate to have him as my Dr.

Referred here from a hospital visit. First to Jason Stamper. Then to Mark Hartman and from him to John Berry Candellerio. This started the second week in July. Dr Candellerio was 45 minutes late to first appt. From MRI I was told I have cervical radiculopathy. He seemed very pleasant. Then it took a month to get PT and still no injection scheduled. My job asked for restrictions. PT says ask your provider. Provider say I have none. Reached out to primary and she was no help( Leena Mitchell) so I replaced her. I sent several messages, also to customer service. Finally spoke to supervisor and told he would only do restrictions after surgery. That's their goal. ✌🏾✌🏾✌🏾I wish I would. Novant does not care about people.

You need to call them, and ask...
Jill you need to call them, I don't think they answer questions on here, I'm sorry you're in such pain.... I can give you some advice on how to calm it down, don't walk up and down stairs when you take steps to keeping your feet in sync with your shoulders (no large steps) don't walk up hills, no riding bicycles, No heavy lifting. Rest and apply heating pad. The pills any Doc gives out are a temporary fix for more damage to your Spine. Lsy on your back when possible and slide towards your sofa and put your legs and feet upon the sofa to your knees down and rest and release the pressure off of your spine...My sister did all..this she had to change her lifestyle. But she's better. (I'm NO DOCTOR BUT I'VE LIVED WITH THIS + MORE FOR 30+YEARS. God bless you.
