Please do not go here. This place was good years ago, atleast so I thought. I have been going for 5 years but my dog got sick because the doctor didn't offer a vaccine for a disease he knew is high in the area and when I tried to explain this to the doctor he got defensive and started yelling at me. He should really have his license taken away. He does not care about animals and really should not be a vet. I will not be returning.I thought my dog was in good care but this doctor is absolutely horrible.

At first this was a nice place but that was before Covid. Now it’s very unprofessional staff. I called to many times to get the medicine for my dog reordered and every time I called back I was told that they’ll call me back with the answer, but they never did. After months back and forth me calling for same issue, the receptionist lied how doctor called me and how I wasn’t there to answer. She is manipulative liar as my phone never received their callback EVER, I have they phone stored and the call history. So to prevent arguments I asked them so what did doctor called me for??? She was “ the doctor needs to see your dog”, I really didn’t want to argue as no doctor will call for that to tell you to call and make appointment. But what ever. Moving forward they gave me an appointment month ahead, when the day came i never received any phone reminder . I went there 10 minutes late but it was closed because they gave me appointment at 5 when it’s closing time. They are open till 5. I called next day and receptionist was laughing at the background when I explained what happened. She ask do I want another appointment and it would be for 3 weeks ahead, I asked politely if they maybe have anything at any time closer because my dog only needed prescription as it’s same ear infection, she said she will check with the doctor and call me right away. Well she never did as usual. I called few days later and the receptionist, the manipulator and a liar,, tells me that doctor said he doesn’t want to see my dog because of me not being decisive??? Are you serious?? Lying and unprofessional staff member, you are the one who was indecisive, you are the one who kept lying that you was going to talk to the doctor and then never called me back. I definitely will take my doggy somewhere else. How dare you treating people like that? New Response to the staff comment below: please stop further disrespecting me with your manipulative and lying response to my complaints. YOU DID NOT call what so ever, and if you wanted my dog to see doctor you would have said so after me calling you back and forth. Due to Covid my dog wasn’t able to see your office as many of us so please do not lie and treat people with respect. You made appointment after me calling you back multiple weeks to see if you spoke to the doctor and every time you said he was busy let me call you back. I am glad I took my dog somewhere else. It’s not the doctor fault here it’s YOURS childish behavior.

It all depends on what you need for your pet. They are reasonable, but the one thing I can say is that, they do care for your pet. It is a family business.

First exam incudes what exactly? Sorry first time taking a pet to vet

If it's the 'annual physical', they take the temp, check the ears, eyes, nose, heart, give whatever shots are due, etc. They'll ask questions about eating/drinking habits, what food you give the pet, if you have noticed anything 'off' w/the pet, etc. For cats, they want you to bring a stool sample. I don't know if that's true for dogs. They'll do a claw trim too, if you ask. You can tell that Dr Felix actually cares about the pet. It's not just about the money. (He won't spend 20 minutes chit chatting b/c he knows all your pet wants is to go home.)
