dispatcher was totally rude an unprofessional..kept me waitin for 3 hrs for a cab. i was at a certain location an argued with me sayin their is no such thing. found out there was other cabs sittin at their station tellin me 5-10 mins til 30 mins later til my cab shows up. either ship up or ship out..not how u treat ur valuable customers

I have never taken a cab in my life fir the past few months o have uses deprecated tri County Cab company . my experience has been stellar except gor one driver he was RUDE only once hopefully never again I request driver # 13 he is polite , kind and extremely professional his cab is the cleanest one I have been . When I call early in the Morning the person in the other end is kind and professional. I have read some of the Reviews I don’t understand they have been nothing but respectful and professional from first phone call to my drop off at home thank you Tri County and driver 14

I’ve been using this cab service recently to get to work by 6AM on the weekends and so far each time call has worked out well. Also have had pleasant interactions with each of the drivers that pick me up. Going to continue using this service and would recommend others with similar needs use it as well.

If you have to be somewhere on time, don't call them. And expect to pick up other riders along the way qhile still getting charged the same price. A scheduled time call was an hour late, picked up 3 other people, was about 2 hours late fir my first day of work. To TriCounty, you make us look bad for having to be late when we should be notified of other riders or stops along the way. Terrible service quality, poor way to run a time sensitive business.
