3.5/5 experience. Went during the U-pick flower festival. Super friendly staff. At a dollar a stem, the flowers are so cheap! They provide you with a bucket and shears. Food options were ok. Pretty pricey for mediocre food. Don’t expect too much. Would recommend bringing your own food as there are outdoor tables. Also, it kinda sucks that there are only portapotties and only 1 sink station. Expect to walk a lot to see the whole farm. So many pretty flowers but only about 5-6 varieties. Seeing the farm animals was also entertaining. Super nice to see a lot of bees on the sunflowers. Be wary of other bugs as well. Overall, great for walking around to take pictures and pick up flowers! :)

This place is terrible. Not only it's overrun with visitors that you can't enjoy the farm, but the staff is also extremely rude! I drove to this farm for one hour, just to be turned away since I came with a service dog! On the website, it says that the service dog is allowed. Rude staff turned me away without even asking for the dog ID. Ticket money $26 for me and my daughter were not refunded. I went to the Johnson Locust Hall farm 20 min away, no issues with a service dog and much better place overall.

Yesterday, I spent a day in New Jersey, went to the farm, looked at the mansions, and breathed in the fresh air of the suburbs. It was not bad. Holland Ridge is a flower farm. There are two flower festivals a year. I didn't catch it. The open fields, beautiful scenery, fresh and natural air, and many varieties of flowers, you can pick them as you like, and each one costs a dollar. But I didn't pay much attention, I just went looking for bugs and photographed two kinds of moths, and I was not disappointed 😻

Worst customer service experience ever. Last Sunday, as soon as we arrived, there were thunderstorms and everyone was called back from farm. We waited for like an hr for rain to stop but the Employees informed us that farm was closed now and we wouldn’t be able to go back. They advised us to write to customer service for refund and because the farm was closed. Patrick from customer service replied back to me stating “farm doesn’t refund” when it’s their employees advised us to do so. Total mismanagement in emergency situations and farm taking no responsibility what so ever. Never going back to this farm again. NJ has lots of farms around offering amazing fall activities, many sunflowers farms such as Happy Day Farms right here, which is much better for kids activities

Check their website: https://www.hollandridgefarms.com/tickets
No, but your tulips will appreciate it. Your first choice will hold up as well as your final one. They may get a little droopy before checkout, but will perk up in a bit in your vase at home.
Yes. There have food venue or you can take some food with you.
Yes, 24th is the last day and you will visit Dalton Farms also.
Boots, or shoes that will hold up in mud
Went 4 days ago and some areas looked like nobody had picked the flowers yet, massive number of flowers
They do have a few pumpkins but the arrangement, variety and number of flowers is amazing. If you have not been there I highly recommend it.
Yea!
There's signs where to park. It's a big lot so it's noticeable.
Yes they have parking and the parking attendants were very helpful.
Yes, they usually hold the Tulip and Sunflower Blooming Festivals, when you can see thousands in full bloom!
No designated area but few tables or places are there to have food. However you may get your own food like Frankie, sandwiches or burger since it is easy to carry & eat.
Tulip picking has separate price. It will be $1 for each tulip stem.
You can just go and enter. They dont really check the time. been here twice btw.
Hello, I really don't know if they ship to Puerto Rico, but you could write them an email, they answer quickly
$13 per person (including kids) but they are at capacity for 04/23 and 04/24. Plan accordingly

@Marina: I am not sure if anyone will have an accurate answer to this question. I would suggest calling the farm and checking with them on the status, they me be able to answer best based on the progress on a daily basis.. sorry long answer..

The website says pony rides are available on the weekend for an additional cost but provides no other information.
Yes there is
Yes
They are still open rain or shine!
You may want to contact them directly with your order information. I don't think you'll find much help here, as this is usually more high level Q&A.
I always left bulbs in the ground. However, some people believe they should be dug up because animals may dig them up. Your choice.
Online only. If sold out ask on FB page maybe someone can't go last minute since tkts not refundable. I lost one tkt when my daughter couldn't go
$12 + tax, and each stem is $1. Many people also carefully pull the bulb out as well to plant at home.
Yes should be open..but tix get sold out quickly

I would either call them, check out their website or reach out via Instagram.
You can go to Sunflower 🌻 farm, pick up your own , click photos for memory and spend some quality time there ..
You have to purchase them online on their website.
No only service animals are permitted.
Our u-pick tulip festival opens in April each year.
No. We will be open in September for our u-pick sunflower festival!
Hey Nadine the only blooms they have are not until April mid-towards the end of month and there only tulips which are beautiful
We plan to open from mid-April to the beginning of May. As always, our opening and closing dates are dependent on the weather. We will post on our website and social media when tickets are available and when the festival will open. See you there!
We have sunflowers and over 25 varieties of field flowers. Come and check us out when you can.
We are so sorry to have missed your message. The 2019 Sunflower Festival is in full swing. We are open every day from 9:00am-6:00pm.
Farm doesn't open again until the fall for their Sunflower festival
I believe they will reopen in Fall but for sunflowers, not tulips.
Tulips season is closed after today.
The day we went..2 3 kids were flying drone.. though better you call farm and confirm
Today is the last day they are open for this season.
Ir was good and I would say about 70% still blooming
It will get muddy and messy after the rains
Is it confirmed they are open on 4/27 only from 12-4 pm? We have rented a car to come see the tulips. Wanted to pick up the car accordingly. Thanks!
I wouldn't think so, you will most likely be dealing with loads of mud, etc. But you could just make sure you have a good pair of rain boots, lol. If you go, enjoy!!
During and immediately after the rain the field is dirty full of mud. I have seen cars stuck in the mud helpless in the parking lot. Yoyr shoes and your car will be very dirty. You'd better wait a sunny day though.
Tulips don't last very long. Hurry
Been here all afternoon and didnt see one bee
They do have handicapped parking and allow wheel chairs to enter but very difficult to navigate the wheelchair over the gravel pathways
Yes, I guess may 10th is last date Due to rains the last date is moved to 28th april.
Festival schedule from 29th Apr onwards is not yet determined.. so plan before that to get the bloom..
Don't wait, they're full bloom
I just went there and most of the tulips are already wilting. You'd better visit in the next couple of days...
Should be. But it will be muddy due to ongoing showers. Make sure to wear comfortable boots as you might have to walk on muddy trails.
Just go as on Saturday??ahh i have to go somewhere else..nobody answering calls or replying on mail..
It depends on Mother Nature. They intend to be open through the first weekend of May.
If the weather is good then you can go there
I was there yesterday and yes they are!
I think so.
9:00am to 6:00pm
Ok I'll go on Wednesday. Is that good?
It's open now! :) :) :) I just went yesterday.
Anyone can answer please. How much the tickets for per person?
We went two weeks ago and they were not great then. We were told it was because of the rain. I believe late August to September would be prime time.
Yes! The sunflower festival runs thru October 28th
Not at all. They will love it
Sept 22 to Oct 28
No that's too late for the tulips to be still blooming
We are closing tomorrow, May 10th. Thank You. The warming weather trend has not been ideal for the blooms. So Sorry!
Take the NE Corridor (Red line) of NJ transit from Penn Station to Trenton. Take a Uber/Lyft from Trenton.
It's 8USD per person and if u want to enjoy a hay ride on a farm vehicle it's 2usd more. Yes they are open all days between April 20 and may 20. Enjoy!
Best time to go

Next week should be good. 8 $ fee.
Next weekend will be perfect
Blooming till yesterday it was 35% approx.
