That darn receptionist! She is there right now. I called to see if I can pick up glasses today and her it comes the attitude, the harsh tone like someone punched her for an answer. She needs to work way behind the scenes. Customer service just isn't for her. I won't be going back or my kids.

Go to optical impressions in nexton!! The. Staff is amazing and is the only place to go! Don't waste your time at vision center.The worse customer service I've ever had in a eye center. The receptionist in the back is extremely unprofessional. When I called to make an appointment she was snobby. She acted aggressvated when I ask the store hours. She said it very fast. When I asked to repeat a day, she huffed and finally replied. I let it slide and went in anyway. Once I was there waiting she walked past me 3 times without saying a word. I finally said, excuse me?. She looked up like a was burden and didn't respond. I left and went right over to optical impressions. Best decision ever!

Very rude over the phone. Was interrupted both times I called to try and make an appointment. The woman spouted different number at me so fast, when i didn’t have a pen around, didn’t wait then proceeded to yell at me when I used my phone to enter the number because it was “loud in her ear”. Was hung up on the first phone call right after the man repeated the number. No chance to ask any questions. Absolutely terrible. Taking business elsewhere. Been going there since I was like 13. No anymore.

Despite this COVID-19 dealio, an upbeat (peppy) person was super helpful in getting me an eye exam appointment, a couple weeks down the line.
