If I'm paying this much money for something with a delivery date then I expect to get my product just like they got my money not told an hour before the store closed that the product won't be coming and on top of that I was told MAYBE the next day at 2pm. Update: After the mishap the store was very diligent and making things right, I received my order the next day as promised. I also learned that the issue was not due to any shortcomings of the store itself.

I knew nothing about flooring...just that I needed it. I did my research and went to LL Flooring on Ogeechee Road. They were so nice! I explained what I THOUGHT I wanted...expecting them to try to upsell me. But they said my choice was just right for my house. They even let me return some of the unused materials. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge, professionalism and patience. I plan to redo the floors upstairs next year and will definitely go back.
