Staff is rude. Don’t provide you with information that is pertinent to memberships or punch cards. Send out a monthly schedule with frequent closures. Certain times of the year good luck trying to get a swim in between closures and swim meets. Typical government run facility.

Old but very friendly. Why is this facility allowed to deteriorate to unacceptable standards when it serves a critically important function? Tons of activity. Children learning to compete. Families gather. All ages. A cross section of classes and ethnicities enjoy the facility. Showers, lockers, floors, toilets are unacceptable for public use. Torn shower dividers. Rust and dirt. Looks like there are germs everywhere. Isn't DPH of Chatham a few feet on this same block? But then, look at their facilities also. Staff is incredibly friendly. More than adequate lifeguard and training staff. Where does the money from taxes and memberships go? Is the golf club better maintained?

The Chatham County Aquatic center is a great pool for swimming and exercise. The pool is great for both training and competition. One of the best swim teams in Georgia trains here, the Georgia Coastal Aquatic Team (GCAT) coached by bronze medalist and world record holder, Bill Forrester. I love coming to this pool to swim. GCAT Rules!

It's actually pretty fun to swim but the swimming lessons always have to end at 6:30

Mornings are great. I started my children when they were toddlers to get them comfortable in the water. Now they swim like pros!
Yes. As young as 6 months. All non potty trained need swim diapers that fit snug.

Aduts are five children at 3 they sell memberships and punch cards so those get to swim till 12 then it's open two general admission. They also have a senior and military duscount.
