Awesome employees, once Dorchester County Library closed for renovation, I started using this facility and hasn't been disappointed. They are just a nice and patient as Dorchester Road.

The system as a whole has a modest collection of Spanish language books. I'm not sure what's housed at Otranto but they can transfer anything from any of the branches for you. If you call the branch they can look up what is available systemwide to place a hold on.
Hi Deanna! No, Otranto Road Library is not a voting location. It is currently closed for renovations. The only library location open for early voting is the Main Library in downtown Charleston.
Sometimes. You will need to call ahead and check to see if they're in at that time. The fee depends on the number of pages that needs to be notarized. Generally $0.50 to $1.00 per page.
There are currently two notaries working at the Otranto Library. But, they are sometimes at off-site meetings or other events, so you should call first.
