Is being a Mn. resident going to be an issue as far as getting home? Also have double and triple, tank, and hazmat endorsement.

I'm an O/O with a almost 25 year old 379 Pete. Am I eligible to lease be on for the heavy haul division? Have done about 10 years of on and off RGN work. Some wind power, some oil field, some stretch trailer long wide heavy propane tanks.
