SUGGESTION: DON’T COME HERE. The gentleman here, Simon, says he is going to close up at the end of March, and he doesn’t want to take too much new work in advance of closing down forever. He recommends people go to Terry’s Shoe Repair instead. Shame because this is biking distance for me and I understand they have done good work here for a long time. He sadly told us his daughter quit and she used to do the finishing work. Oh, well. 😥

Friendly, good value, and lived up to their name. I was told my repairs would take a week and a half at this time of the year. I told them I needed them in a week because I was moving for three months. The shoes were ready a day earlier than promised. I am a very satisfied customer.
