Great location on island at south end where beach turns into inlet. Great location for paddle boarding or sea kayaking with easy access to flat water in inlet.

I believe it depends on the rental company you choose as well as which owners. I stay there every year & love it. Obviously beachside, but has 4 gas grills, nice pool & a quick walk to a general store, Salty Dog Cafe and marina plus several shops!

We rented 1854 Beachside Tennis from SeaTurtles Getaway. VRBO also lists many units in this two building complex. Make haste as most may well be rented by now with the dates you propose.

No, Sir, emphatically not. But, there are poolside gas grills, and a poolside dining area, if you choose not to return your grilled food to your villa. An added attraction, dinner time is when our deer come to feed amongst the dunes. Please don't feed nor pester their pristine habit. Also to mention, there is a poolhouse with male and female lavatories for your convenience.
