I didn't want to give my favorite store a negative review, but recently I couldn't stand it anymore. This store has been weird since the renovation. It always closes in the afternoon and only takes drive through, but both the Starbucks app and Google Maps show that you can buy in store. It took me 20 minutes to walk here in the heat, but all the doors were closed. There were only clerks in the store. Hey, that's ridiculous! Since you don't need customers who can enter the store, can you not renovate the store?

This Starbucks always sells me coffee with too much ice this is a venti shaken expresso and I literally paid $6 for a cup of ice thank you I hate the Starbucks it's the worst one around

I had an uber eats delivered to me the bag was secure however the lid on one of the coffees was not, leading the rest of our order to be damaged. Imagine if I were picking up my coffee in store, what if I had gotten burned? That's dangerous. Do better.
