The room was decent; that said, it is disappointing and frustrating that they charge for drinking water. Especially with the heat wave we are experiencing across the country, I would have expected the hotel to serve drinking water and not charge $2 per bottle. I’ll be sure to skip this hotel, the next time I travel to this place

Nice the room was clean and spacious the bed was comfortable king size. The staff was courteous and helpful with information of the area. Because I never been there before. My overall experience was good.

Disappointed. This place will not be a comfort suites long. Can not enter except through front door. Card readers have been removed from all the back and side doors. So no entry. Hallway not air conditioned. Hard water made towels feel like burlap. Cigarette burns all over bath. Smelled. Pool door locked so no pool. Bed was comfortable. Nice TV with good selection. Morning lady was present and helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful but the room #206 is in need of renovation. Baseboards have been pulled off walls and are missing. Toilet is cracked. Bathroom floor tiles are loose. Bathtub is old and has rust spots and tub faucet is leaking. The bed mattress is old and coils make a popping and crunching noise when you sit on it. I would suggest that front desk visit inspect rooms that are assigned before guests arrive. This room should be taken off available room list.
