I am new to the pioneer boat family, but was very pleased when I called customer service to be put in touch with Jack, what a great guy, he was able to answer all my questions about my new to me boat, and even though my boat was no longer brand new, he was still able to and glad to, help me out with solid knowledgeable answers, so that I could update and replace a few things that needed replacing to keep the boat riding smooth and staying dry, two of the more more important things when you’re out there in the middle of the water. So far from what I’ve seen of my pioneer boat, build quality is top notch and they’ve made things in such a way that you can work on them if you need to. Thanks pioneer.

Great performing boats with an excellent build quality. Folks at Pioneer pay attention to detail and are very responsive to customer inquiries. The boats handle well, are great for fishing or cruising and most importantly, they keep me dry. I would definitely recommend to friends and would consider buying another one in the future when it's time to upgrade.
