A huge shout out to Infinger's Jewelry! I took 2 very special rings to them. I had no idea what I really wanted. I was told 2 weeks to make them into 1 unforgettable piece. Melded together, forever! I could barely walk out and leave them there. 😞 Very, very slowly, fast forward to day. I say slowly, Ive never had mine off my hand that long. I went today to pick up my new ring. I took in an older napier necklace to have the clasp repaired. It was an older piece, a gift and a very long necklace. I told them before hand that I wanted to be sure to keep the napier tag that was on it. They took it in the back and in a matter of 10-15 minutes his mom brought it out to me and informed me that he lost the tag! No apology, no discount, Nothing I dont know why but I always felt like he just kept it. This happened a few years ago and I just thought about it because I'm looking for someone to work on a clock and their name came up.
