Overall good selection of shoes and styles of shoes. Last time I had stopped by the check out line was a little long as there were a medium amount of people were checking out at the time.

I will not shop here EVER AGAIN! Rude and hateful with a lack of ANY customer service. My family has been going here to purchase shoes for years and will NEVER go back! Yesterday, my mom and I tried on over 50 pairs of shoes. Did we get help? Nope! And when we finally found 3 pairs of shoes that would work, I decided to keep trying on to find a second pair for me, I went back and my one, I was going to purchase, was gone! I went back to the shelf found it and last minute decided that it WASN’T right for me to just get it, incase it wasn’t the same pair. My mom still got her two pairs. When my dad went back to apply the $10 coupon, which THEY failed to add, they refused and when they mentioned that buying 2 pairs of shoes allowed you to spin the wheel (again refused because they were dumb enough not to mention after purchase) I cannot even tell you the disappointment that I have now watching my mother find not one but two pairs of shoes and then having them be returned because of CARELESS and INCONSIDERATE workers at an establishment that we have spent a pretty penny at over the years!
