Very disappointed! I've had spectrum before an never experienced anything like this! I wouldn't even give a star. Spectrum needs to step up the communication an customer service with the customer. Remember customers are a very big part of how yal get paid an stay in business.

Spectrum is the worst company I have ever seen after being scammed and they caught the scam. They still made my son repay $20 twice. They don't care about their customers needs none at all. I wouldn't recommend this company to a dog. And I hope that this company gets rich off of those $20 that were paid twice.
