In regards to the most recent review from AK Brown-- My name is Sara and I became the manager here mid September. I have never heard of this issue in your townhome. When you reported the issue Saturday and I found out about it Monday morning I had maintenance over to your unit immediately. Emergency Maintenance definitely should have came and assessed the situation, but they were told that this was not an active leak, which in turn, is not considered an emergency. To give such a terrible review when we are actively working on fixing your problem is unnecessary. We strive to give our tenants a great place to live! Thank you. -Sara McKee-Property Manager

This place has gone downhill for the past 2-3 years! The grounds are horrible! Weeds everywhere and dead bushes. Let’s not leave out the giant tree stump sticking up out of the ground at an angle and been there for going on 3 months. They only cut half of the grass! Potholes everywhere! The apartment is nice! No complaints there. I’ve. Even there for 12 years and boy has it gone down. If you don’t care about the landscaping go for it!
