With Village Royale I think you pay for the area but definitely not the apartment. They are nice from the outside looking in but when you actually stay there you realize its 100% now worth it. The ladies in the leasing office also have attitudes. You may bump into a few racist neighbors as I have the area doesn't have many African Americans so its expected. If I had found something else I wouldn't have spent 2 years here. If you have any pressing issues they are most likely sweep under the rug and never fully addressed. If you are planning on spending between 1000-1200 on rent a month there are wayy better choices in the south county area you just have to get a head start on looking.

Amazing place!! I don't even know where to begin! My fiancé and I were looking for our first place together and were struggling looking at all the different options in the area. Village Royale jumped out to us and we sent in our application and in less than 24 hours Nicole responded and as soon as we started talking I knew we had made the right choice. Since moving in I have had the pleasure of interacting with the other members of the main office and the maintenance crews and all go above and beyond to make this the best place to live. All of our neighbors are so friendly and very welcoming! We've only been here for a few months so we have not got to experience the pool yet but we can't wait for it to get sunny out to try it out! Also, Village Royale loves animals! Our 4 month old puppy loves going on walks around the complex, the beautiful nature trail by our building, and of course the dog park! More perks of the location is that it is on the main road (Tesson Ferry) but far enough down the main road that it not busy! The apartments are very spacious and if you are thinking the kitchen might be small, it makes up for it in drawer, cabinet and deep counter spaces! Overall, an amazing place to live!

I spent 3 weeks searching for a place I wanted to make my home which was challenging for me as I was not able to tour each place I wanted to consider. I looked at the floor plans, amenities and pricing and decided to take a leap of faith and put my application in online. I received a call from Nicole the next day and from the moment we spoke I knew I had made the right decision. Nicole encouraged me to come out for a tour and I did the next day. I toured my current apartment and I was speechless! The unit was absolutely gorgeous! The rooms are a great size, beautifully decorated and updated, lots of closets and a full size washer and dryer in a nice sized utility room with extra storage space. There was also a retractable clothesline in the bathroom! The grounds are immaculately kept, a laundry room with free washers and dryers, shuffleboard, basketball court, batting cages, picnic areas with charcoal grills, a dog park, a 24 hour fitness center and a large saltwater pool with a waterfall! The application process was easy and the approval was quick! I received a call the next day from Nicole saying I was approved and she patiently walked me through signing my lease and sent me a Welcome Home letter explaining what I needed to move in! I called her several times after with questions and she patiently answered all of them. I met Pam on my move in day and she was so great to work with, which made my move in very relaxed and stress free! I finally met Colby, who is the manager and she was super sweet and I enjoyed speaking with her. These 3 ladies are the absolute best! Each of these ladies made me feel so welcome and I feel like I live at a luxury vacation resort! Thank you ladies for helping me on my journey to find not just another apartment but instead a home!

I've lived here for about a year and can only say the best about this place. They're clean, professional, and they respond right away. The office team and maintenance are always super helpful and friendly. I have never had any issues here. I recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, quiet home with friendly neighbors.
