Don’t waste your time coming here, especially if you’re injured. With no staff you will sit here for hours as the waiting room clears out around and you’re left waiting. And waiting. And waiting. The two people working as staff are incompetent, rude or completely oblivious. They could not be less patient oriented. Drive to Spartanburg. You will wait less time including your travel time both ways, and have better care than literally wasting your time here. Complete joke. The only thing these people are interested in is ordering food or wandering around from room to room not doing anything other than carrying around a tablet to give the appearance they are working.without actually doing anything.

I went there for an Outpatient MRI. Registration was a breeze because I used their online website MyChart to do "E-check in". Reception was very friendly and thorough. The MRI technicians explained the procedure thoroughly. I got to wear headphones and listen to music during what is a fairly loud procedure. The technicians went out of their way to assure my comfort several times during the procedure. It is a fairly closed- in and warm experience but they kept me comfortable. Once finished I left with a very positive feeling about the Union Medical Center.

I have only lived here for a year......in my experience the staff were friendly and polite and the service was good....I have an appointment today so I will be looking around for all the bad stuff people are saying
