Very unprofessional, unorganized and I doubt they could schedule anything less than a lunch. Office staff called back about my complaint of bad documentation, verified that I was correct and even with that was very condescending and expected me to re-start the whole visit process all over again. Additionally you could go into the office for anything (even a sore throat) and they will want to run a camera/scope up your nose. two of these and they expect me to continue to come back for more of those... I think not. I feel that I showed enough patience in experiencing two of those within a two week time period.
