I have been living at Covington Place for a few months now, and have very much enjoyed my residence here. All of the staff I have interacted with are personable, excel in their ability to communicate thoroughly and promptly, and will go the extra mile to ensure tenants are comfortable and taken care of. The Covington Place grounds are quiet, well-maintained, and full of quality people. Lately, with the weather being as hot as it has been, the pool is a huge bonus, and I appreciate the resident appreciation pool parties.

Nice people working at the office. When we have an issue they are quick to respond. I go on walks every morning with my kids around the apartments and we feel safe. Friendly neighbors! The pool is always clean and the landscape always on point:)

We've been residing at Covington for nearly two years now and its been wonderful! The apartments are spacious and updated. The staff is friendly and they respond to emails quickly. They maintain the landscape so nicely, no matter the season. We've always felt safe and welcomed especially since the doors into the building need a fob, its such a nice touch! The pool is open during the summer and the gym is always accessible. The card for laundry is really nice; no need to hassle with quarters! Our kids love the little playground they have, as well as all the beautiful space around the buildings to play. Overall, I would recommend Covington to everyone I know. It's a place we've grown to call home.

Covington Place has been a home for my family and I for now year thirteen. Now that our family has a new addition we would like to see a more up to date playground for the families with school age children 😀!Also the entry ways could use a makeover! The surroundings here are well kept, staff is friendly! The neighborhood has declined a bit because some businesses have moved out! Covington is large in a variety of housing units so we see a wide scope of people come and go. The first person we met was leaving after having resided here for twenty years. I always meet people who ask, what is it like to live here? People keep to themselves for the most part! Some more outgoing than others! Overall, it's a home if you need one.
