Brandon was excellent! He came out for one problem that I thought I had with my system (turns out it was an issue with my builder's smoke detector and not my CPI system) and not only got to the root cause of that but also found a couple minor issues that I didn't even know I had and took care of those while he was here. He noticed that I didn't have my garage doors linked to my CPI app and walked me through that process and helped me to learn a lot of things I was clueless about pertaining to the app and it's capabilities. On my menu you go to the security tag, then hit menu, then tool box. It will ask you to enter your PIN. Then you hit the arrow to the right one time and you will see the set date and set time options.
We use Verizon, AT&T, and in some areas T-Mobile wireless signals. Please let us know if you need anything else.
CPI does not service businesses that are not closer to their office. I'm confused.
It varies depending on what package you purchase from CPI. Give them a call.
They should replace for free. Insurance should cover the cost. Also, why couldn't they just locate it? What's the point of have it if they cannot find it? If they cannot locate that device, they cannot locate you! Please ask them questions!
They differ depending on your circumstances and how you want to set up the security for your house. ours is $50 a month but we have a lot of security which also includes a camera. They have a great response system. Check them out.
