Been here a few times and they always changed my oil on a first come first serve bases. Went by yesterday for an oil change and the guy told me to come back today after lunch as they had a car on the bay. Not a problem. I went back today and then they told me they can’t do it today bc they are busy working on a truck. No apologies or anything. I understand you’re busy but don’t ask me to come back the following day if you weren’t going assist me. Just poor customer service.

I call for a pair of trailer tire 170/80r 13 some man told me it will be $128 for the new tire. I also ask if they have used tire. He said no so I told him that I will come over in 10 minutes. When they done install the tire the man tells me it $169. I told the man I just call about 10 minutes ago and someone told me it $128. He said it not him who I talked to. Therefore the man I talk to came in and punched in some numbers and tell me $169. I am not very happy about it but I tell the man it already done please have better knowledge when answering the phone. He seems not happy about it so he told me go leave don’t talk to him anymore. Very bad customer service will never be back here.

We were headed to Florida from North Carolina and our tire pressure light came on. My husband called and asked if they had time to plug a tire, they said, "yeah, come on". We arrived and they immediately removed the tire and saw the sidewall was busted, so they were unable to plug it. Thankfully, they had a used tire in the right size and had it on in NO TIME! We were in and out in less then 20 minutes! Wonderful service.
