Oh my God! This place is unreal. Employees fighting in loud voices. Out of gravey while it was still breakfast time. Out of coffee! The inmates are running the asylum here.

Good place to eat. The sitting area thermostat is malfunctioning though. The thermostat thought it was 78 in there, 65 might have been closer. It was uncomfortably cold to eat there.

I will never go back to the Pacific, MO location. Picked up the new hot honey chicken waffle sandwiches for my house guests. One of them had a large, bent paperclip wrapped up with the sandwich. Then when my husband took it back, no one apologized or acted as if it was an issue. The manager just took it from him and said “I’ll take care of this”. Then he witnessed her use the same paperclip to clear a clog in the honey dispenser. 🤮She then gave a new sandwich to a teen working the counter and told him to give it to my husband. She never asked him if he wanted another sandwich or his money back or what. He refused the sandwich from this nasty place.

Sunday evening, 6:30pm. Two cars in the drive thru & 1 table with people when we went in. Took several minutes before 1 of the 3 employees said "someone will be with you in a minute". Finally took our order. Fast food is not here. As slow as things were, there was no excuse for the place to be dirty, but most of the tables needed cleaned & the floor should never look like that in a place that serves food. Double cheeseburger & onion rings were okay, I've had worse. Not someplace that I'd really go back to unless everywhere else was closed. (They never did wipe down any tables or clean the floor the whole time we were there.)
