They used to get my order wrong every time, food was stale, and were short staffed majorly! But since they have hired more staff they have gotten my order right and the food tastes better!

This happened on Jul 22, 2022 at around 6:00 PM. I normally have very good experiences with this location, but today was different. Here's what happened: When I pulled up to the speaker in the drive-thru, a very nice young lady asked me to go over the menu and wait until placing my order (I guess she was preoccupied with something else). I quickly let her know that I was just picking up an online order, just in case it would be an easy task for her to complete quickly. Right after I said that I was picking up an online order, another older lady in the restaurant barged into the conversation and said in a SUPER rude tone "you're just going to have to wait!". My response was something along the lines of: "Uhhh.. ok?" (I was shocked at how rude she was). She replied in an even sassier/ruder tone: "Yeah. That's just how I'm built". I pulled up to the window and spoke with the manager (very friendly) about this interaction. He told me that he heard the whole conversation. He said it was incredibly unprofessional and that the worker would be disciplined.

waited 30 minutes I. drive through in 97 degrees for food. get to menu. advertises dr pepper then place my order and they do not carry dr pepper. really? very poor service.

Most times you go here, there is a problem. "We aren't taking cards today" (after your stuck in line and was ready to order). When asked why they don't put out a sign, they said they aren't allowed to. One time waiting 30 minutes for an order inside. Another time out of lettuce. Most times recently they are out of Mexican Pizza, but at least they did have a sign. Their drive through lane is the worst ever, it is way too narrow for bigger/longer vehicles like an extended cab truck. If your not very careful trying to get around the skinny 90 degree turn encapsulated by high curbs on both sides you might damage your rim.
