Extensive park containing several of Traveler's Rest's municipal buildings, including the fire department and police precinct. The farmer's market and Bank of TR are also located on the site, as well as the Chico Bolin Stadium. The public park's main features are the two event fields, amphitheater, extensive sidewalks, two football fields, and track loop.

I guess you could as it used yo be an old hs bus parking lot. Its the northern command for greenville county sheriffs office and trpd now
It says no but Everytime I've been there, someone has dogs
Its open all the time. They have music on every other Saturday from May-Octiber. It is free as far as I know.
