I have been enjoying the great quality of Snow creek sausage for 20 years. My family's restaurant outside Charlotte used a local farm's sausage for 28 years and Snow Creek is of the same quality. I am disappointed however that I am happy to report that Snow Creek is now available at Publix in Seneca.

I don't know if they process wild game or not at that facility.dont know rules governing wild game and farm raised.But,I do know you have to call and make appt to bring in animal.i had to wait 2wks before I could bring in steer. Best guess call them and check before the season starts .
