Truly astonishing how bad out experience with Tire choice was. They had our car for 2 days just to replace 1 tire. Finally we had to call them only to be told their compressor was broken and that they wouldn't be fixing our car. Then they had the audacity to ask is to towe it to ALL THE WAY TO ONE OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS. They were rude, unapologetic, and bunglingly incompetent. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. MIDAS OR GERALDS ALL DAY.

Stay far away from tire choice! Even if it’s close to your home or convenient. I went there and spoke to a “manager” got all my info in the system and said he would call when ready.. 4 hours later the stores about to close no call so I call to see what’s going on. I am told a manager of another store took my info and didn’t pass it along. They didn’t communicate whatever no big deal I pick my car up at 5:55. Not even upset they say come back tomorrow, So I do and once again no call to say it’s ready I show up and they said they did an internal patch on my tire which i was willing to buy a new one if needed and an oil change. Paid for it get to my car and there is no new sticker on it. Went back in got one asked for my miles recorded it on my own. Two miles down the road I get a tire pressure light on and a flat tire. Lucky I pull over to geralds tire shop. where they tell me nothings been done! Save yourself like I wish I did from going here!! They didn’t touch or look at my tires and I had to get another oil change to! Because they said looks like they didn’t do a thing I paid for . A joke.
