If i could give negative stars i would! Absolutely WORST customer service! You'll get a different excuse from every single person in the service department, absolutely NO communication including from the service manager. Sent my car in a week ago for a specific issue, which I clearly told them before my vehicle ever arrived and then was told they are diagnosing what the tow truck driver told them. Who owns the car, me or the tow truck driver? The manager said he would call me back once he speaks with the service tech, 3 hours later I had to call. My car has supposedly been in a bay for diagnostics twice (even though I told them several times what I needed done) and now I'm told there are customers ahead of me and have to wait even longer. My car has been at this location for 7 days and now there are others ahead of me? Very unprofessional, not knowledgeable on modified vehicles and you'll be left hanging while they try to screw you with diagnostic fees! TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE, ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!
