Went for a job interview. Employees were nice, but the room where you go in to complete application and initial interview was disgusting with filth as if it hadn't been cleaned since the building was first built. I was then instructed to go to the plant for another interview, but there was no parking for visitors...all parking required a permit. I was forced to park on the street and then walk a little ways to the guard house. Then instructed where to go, which required walking through "smoking section"...not good for me, as I am illergic to cigarette smoke. I noticed workers were not at friendly and moral appeared to be low. Once inside, waited while staff member "decided" when to address me and another applicant, of which had already been waiting for assistance before I arrived. This was inexcusable in my book. After being given a hard hat, earplugs and hairnet, instructed to wear, only to find was a waste, since interview was conducted in another office, not out on the floor of the plant. Person who interviewed me was great...and the only reason for the 3 stars.
