I have great luck with UPS and appreciate the hard work of their employees. Throughout Covid and an employee shortage, UPS stayed working and delivering essentials. I take the negative reviews attacking employees as "lazy" with a grain of salt. I'm sure those reviewers are often obese, out of shape keyboard warriors that couldn't make it thru one day as a UPS driver navigating rural roads, steep driveways, and hand carrying a truckload of packages to doors around our mountains. Thanks to the men and women of UPS. I appreciate what you do.

Ups used to be reliable. I have items shipped to me frequently. Lately I have had items shipped then stuck at a location. Check a few days later and items are returned. Now I ordered several packages and wouldn't you know out for delivery, and at the end of the day the packages are not delivered. Some came the next day, but have had an item out for delivery for two days and no way to talk to a person. I look over the reviews and all the negative reviews have the same old generic response. Ups does not care. It is another large corporation that is getting fat off of the working person. If I could I would request everything be shipped fedex, at least I can get a person there.

The personnel at UPS are really good to us. They're always very nice and they really do a good job. It's very important for us in a small town having good people to help you out when you need it. Our family has had an especially rough time during the pandemic and simple things like the people that UPS caring and being super friendly means a lot.

I honestly wish I could give negative stars! Every time I have a delivery date of a package from this location it’s has been wrong. Will say package delivering today by 9pm, then 3 to 5 days later my package might arrive. This facility is garbage on time management and the costumer service is even worse, I called about a package supposed to be delivered yesterday making sure it would be here on time and the representative got hatful with me for asking about the tracking information. To top it off last night at 11pm the package says will be delivered today. Wake up this morning to check delivery status “sorry your package is running late” I don’t think the package is running anywhere! It’s the driver that can not manage his route properly and needs to be given a new route with less packages because now the gift for my cousin’s birthday with be delivered some time before the end of the month. Hopefully!
