I originally contacted this store approximately 3 weeks ago via their website “contact us” function to inquire about a specific dress my daughter wants for prom. I received no response. Despite this I decided to still attempt to do business with them. I looked on their website regarding hours and saw they were closed on Wednesdays. I had also attempted to call to confirm hours but no one answered the phone. On their website nowhere listed did it mention that they would be closed until January 2nd. So you can imagine my frustration when I drive over an hour from Savannah to their store to discover they were closed with a sign posted on the door. My daughter told me to see if they had a social media page and to see if it was listed there which it was. However I will say a business that has a website should keep it updated with correct business hours as well as respond to inquiries made through their site.
