It took 20 minutes for someone to answer that squawk box. However, once someone finally took my order the food came out fast and the server was polite. The biggest issue however is with the bays. More than half of them are out of order and the spots are incredibly tight. Definitely use caution with a full size truck (F150). Scratched up my passenger side pretty bad due to the sign being jacked up from other people hitting it.

They were really busy, but food was still warm when we got it, not hot though. The foot long coney I had was too tough to cut with the fork they give you. And the food my wife ate did not set well with her.

I have only gone to Sonic twice in the past year. I use the park and order option. As far as I know, they practice the same hygiene as any other fast food restaurants. Cleanliness and sealing the food bags, etc. Also they make sure their staff are healthy with before clock in temperature checks and the like.
