I've been having some problems with getting my meds sent to the pharmacy this entire month and it's not the first time this has happened to me, I call and I always get the same answer that they were ordered the same day or on Friday if I call in on Monday.

Mrs Phillip's I have been in the same boat. Call leave a message, no return call. My doctor retired two Thursdays back and luckily his nurse is a wonderful person and returned my calls she asked me why I didn't let them know about my meds and I told her I left info on message. She never was told she had a massage I think they get busy and forget to check the machine. My suggestion is if you call again and have to leave a message and no return call, then call the patients advocate and tell them what is going on. They will get you a answer. They are at VA Ashville.
