Everyone here is so nice! I’ve been here for an MRI twice now and both times have been good. The nurse was very sweet and accommodating when I told her I was claustrophobic.

We recommend an appointment for all exam types to help keep your wait to a minimum, but we will try our best to work you in as a walk-in if we can. X-rays and Mammograms can usually be accommodated on a walk-in basis easily, but other exams may require an insurance authorization before hand.

Is the stand up mri only for in patients or could it be for out patients also ?

The MRI exam will take place in our regarded Caring Suite, the first of its kind in Winston-Salem, where patients can personalize their MRI experience with music, lighting and more while relaxed and reclined not standing.
