Hi Amy, yes. We allow 14 year olds if they are accompanied by a guardian and only use cardio equipment.

HI Kayla, yes we offer day passes! Please come in during our staffed hours and we will be more than happy to assist you. Our hours are Monday through Thursday 10AM to 7PM, Fridays from 9AM to 3PM and Saturday from 9AM to 1PM. We can't wait to see you!
