I took my 4 month old labradoodle to be groomed for the first time this morning. I was taken back when I first walked in due to the condition of this grooming facility. It was a complete MESS!!. Dog hair hanging inches off the fan. The crate she put my dog in was full of dog hair. I went ahead and left him against my better judgement. She text my husband an hour later to pick him up and he brought him to my work so I could see him. She had trimmed his face between his eyes almost to the skin but I thought he could have jerked causing this so no big deal. I then noticed that his eyes looked red. In examining him closely all the whites of his eyes were blood red. The entire white part of both eyes were completely red. I called the Vet to ask if I could put Visine in his eyes to ease the irritation and they requested I bring him in and not to put Visine in them. My husband took him to the vet and they washed his eyes out and gave him some ointment for his eyes to clear them up. The vet said that soap obviously had got in both eyes probably from a shampoo that had solvents in it that shouldn't be near a dogs eyes. The vet bill was $110.15 caused by the negligence of this groomer. I would NEVER ever take my dog again to this NASTY place The groomer had to know she done this to my dogs eyes and never said a word. My FIRST AND LAST TIME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!! I am so ANGRY that my dog was done this way by a groomer.

Very convenient. Quick easy to use. Ramp for dog. Holding clip. Bear loved it. And he doesn't like water. Towels for drying your pet off. I know that I will be returning to give bear a bath.
