Where do I start. The lowest rent you can expect to pay is 1200 and that’s for a 1 bed 1 bath. So it is really expensive. You’d think with how expensive it is you’d be able to use all the amenities right? Absolutely not. My dishwasher broke and flooded. I put in a work order they never did it. Said they were focused on more important problems. You like swimming? Good luck. The pool is always closed. The people at the office drag their feet when you need something, the gym is outdated, the washing machines are older than me and barely clean clothes, the refrigerator only cooled. It was never really cold. There’s a brown dog that’s always loose. His owner just lets him roam around and he’s scared my guest on numerous occasions. And the office people never did anything about it. I could go on and on and on. And I only stayed for 8 months. Honestly if you still wanted to move in I wouldn’t blame you. The floor plans are absolutely beautiful I hope you’re well acquainted with roaches because they will be tucking you in at night though.

I viewed the model on a visit, before I moved to Lexington, and was so impressed, knew it would be great here. When I moved in, before my furniture arrived, the apartment had not been painted, cleaned, or updated. It has been a nightmare and I cannot get out of here fast enough, after 9 months. The floor plans are great, the woods, the ambiance but try walking your dog where the containers for dog waste are and you want to throw up. They have not been emptied and the heat just exaggerates the smell! My AC return has been leaking for 8 months and I have to mop it up with piddle pads daily. Both of my toilets are loose when you sit down and both of the bathtubs have been caulked 14 times! No one cares about maintaining this complex, with all the letters I have written, talked to other residents, and sent requests for help, it is really substandard for what you pay in rent!!! BTW, all the breezeways are stained and never cleaned...embarrassing if you ever want to invite friends around and believe, I have pictures of everything.

Terrible place to live. They don't do what they say they are going to do and make lots of excuses and someone else's fault. I spoke with Katelyn and she basically refused to help me with anything. Told me to email the manager who is part of the problem.

No they sure don't . Sorry about that..
Yes you just have to paint it back to the original color when you move out or you can have them painted the colors they have to choose from but it's extra
Im not sure. Your best bet is to call the office and ask. They're really friendly
