Went to this mall SPECIFICALLY for Express and was so disappointed in the customer service (or lack of!) Three employees— a young man, a middle aged woman who seemed to be a manager, and a young woman. All three stood behind the counter talking about their personal lives and completely ignored me along with the other customers. This is actually not the first time that this has happened at this store. I contacted someone at corporate when it first happened and was told I’d be given some sort of rewards credit (which never happened) and that my comments would be “passed along.” Clearly, these people have not learned the proper way to treat customers. Hey, just a thought, maybe actually do your job. Never again. What a shame!

I am in here, as we speak, & neither of the reps approached, screamed from across the store, threw a shoe OR ANYTHING to greet us. My dad loves this store & has one in West Virginia that he shops often. It's sad that my dad tried on several suits ON THE SHOW FLOOR and decided to not buy anything due to them behind the counter chatting & not selling :(
