There are lots for sale. One of the nicest communities we have found, which is why we're buying a lot. Come on out and join us. You will love it here. Not familiar enough with the lake yet to know which part it is on. Google may be able to help.

Are there monthly rentals where people can live in there campers on them ? How much if so ?

It's for super Cs and Class A coaches only. You can contact the management office regarding rentals as they are available but not sure of prices.
