Terrible service. Always late for my appointments. I had to take my son for his appointment and they told me that he doesn’t have an escort…he is only 11. They really irritated me. Don’t bother putting in a complaint because they won’t do anything.

This is the worst transport service in the area. Multiple times they have sent a non handicap accessible vehicle for transport. There is a total lack of communication and vehicles. I will be filing a compliant with the better business bureau as I have talked to a woman named "kathy" that has passed the blame down her "lack of communication chain"
