I had an awesome experience with Sarks Automotive. Krystal and Jeremy came highly recommended, so I called to make an appointment for my 2005 Toyota Camry specifically for an oil change and check my brakes (thought back ones needed new pads) as well as make sure she was road trip ready! They gave her a complete inspection and recommended some repairs. Did my oil change and removed and cleaned my back brakes. Told me that there wasn't anything else that needed to be done prior to my trip and I was able to travel 2600 miles without incident. Within a week of being back in town I called and made an appointment for the recommended repairs as quoted prior to my trip ... no additional charges. I was very satisfied with this company and gladly give 5 stars. The staff was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the value was amazing for what work I had done. I will be going back for all my automotive needs. 😉

Well let me tell you my story. I took my little Red Dodge Dakota to them for a transmission replacement. I was quoted a certain amount and was ok with the price. They assured me that it would fix the problem. I dropped off the truck and handed them the keys. This is where the story begins. As I would call and check on the progress I was told that they were waiting on the rebuilt transmission to arrive. Then I called another time and they told me that the transmission that they received was the wrong one . Then they told me that the transmission had fallen off the truck on the way to the shop. Then they said that they had received the right one and was going to install it right away. By this time they had already had the truck for about 4 weeks. I finally got a call to come pickup the truck. When I picked it up I drove home and on the way home the transmission started slipping like it was when I took it to them in the beginning. I turned around and took it back. They checked it out and said it then needed a new torque converter. I paid for that and then they kept it another 2 weeks to do that work. Then when I picked it up the truck would not start. The mechanic told me that I had to turn the key on and off to prime the fuel pump and I asked why would you give me back the truck if it would not start. I had them put it a new fuel pump. The story does not end but I’ve already gone on too long. Bottom line is that the transmission still slips and I am going to have the truck towed to another shop because it will not start. They had my little Red Truck for over 6 weeks and it is still not right. That’s on me I did not do a good job researching them. We are new in the area and we are trying to fine honest and competent professionals we can use. Thanks for allowing me to ramble.

No we don't have any. Rented it out today. Sorry.
I would call them but I know it can't be patched if it's in the side of the tire.
If you call in and give them the same info they can peice over the phone. Ask for Drew. I wprk here but cannot price them for you as it is not my job.
