Berkeley County is a unsanitary environment. They let inmates share 1 toilet while they take weeks to fix plumbing problems. Like you guys already have the state inmates who are trustees working for free so there is no excuse. The COs are lazy and don't do their job well. This place needs a revival. I would give zero stars if I could.
