My packages are OFTEN put in the wrong mailbox! It is always the same older man. I think it's time for him to retire because this happens too much!

Sent a package to someone and this post office disregarded the pick up option and sent out for delivery twice. The customer wasn’t going to be home which they knew and now the package that needed to get there at a certain time will not get in their hands until after they needed it. USPS Moncks Corner please do your job correctly. It’s not that hard.

On my porch waiting on box watched the mail man put a note in my box saying Undeliverable mail box locked will try tomorrow. 2nd day mail truck drives pass and 3rd day no sight of a mail truck. They didn't even run.

The daily mail carrier drove all the way into our backyard without warning OR slowing down just to turn around. We have two little kids AND a dog who play in the backyard and they should feel safe playing without having to worry about a postal vehicle pulling onto private property (clearly marked with a private property sign right beside the mailbox) and possibly hitting them! On top of that, whenever they did turn around they created a huge hole in the ground from the mud that we now have to take care of before one of us trip over it and get hurt. This post office does not answer the phone unlike the neighboring Goose Creek post office who answered on the second ring. We had to contact the United States Post Office 1-800 number to file a complaint!
